The fishing is still really good in this spot! The soak and the shower were also very welcome. Be prepared for a line to the natural shower!

Actually, Sunflower is a campsite for small groups.

The hill around the trail leading up to the hot springs has lots of poison ivy, not hard to see or avoid just be aware. This is the one of the great hot springs on the river.

Note that sunflower is not a campsite but it is so cool it warrants an album of it's own. The campsite named Lost Oak is directly across the river.

By the time you get here, you will probably be feeling a little sore, or a lot sore, if the water is very low. A good soak will usually fix what ails you.
